20 Civilian Somali Deaths
There is quite a substantial problem when the capital city of a nation is seeing artillery fire and combat everyday. The problem is further highlighted when civilians are being killed on a consistent basis.
It is evident that the world has forgotten the true meaning of "civilian". As defined by Webster's 3rd Edition Dictionary, a civilian is "a person who is not on active duty with a military, naval, police, or fire fighting organization". A civilian is therefore an individual without certain loyalties. When such an innocent person is killed, action MUST be taken as these people have commit no wrong.
This has not only been seen in Somalia, but also places like Palestine, Israel, Sudan, Turkey/Armenia, and many more. Many nations have commit to international law which quite clearly denounces civilian death, but absolutely nothing is done to account for those who break it.No response is a bad response - Habeas Moubarak
